This represents a 14% increase compared to the previous year. The Supervisory Board has agreed to the Board of Management's dividend proposal today. The annual general meeting will vote on the dividend on May 22. The dividend proposal of €0.80 per share results in a total payout of €55.4 million. The proposal takes into account the improvement in operating earnings in 2025, in which the Dürr Group was able to increase its EBIT margin before extraordinary effects from 4.6% to 5.6%. The book profit from the sale of the environmental technology business (€227.4 million) was not considered in the proposed payout, as this extraordinary income generated in the course of the Group's transformation was primarily used to reduce net financial debt. Dr. Jochen Weyrauch, CEO of Dürr AG, says: "We significantly increased our operating earnings in 2025 despite the challenging macroeconomic environment. This underscores Dürr's earnings resilience, which we achieved through cost reductions and efficiency gains. We want our shareholders to benefit from this success in the form of a higher dividend."
