24 March 2025 PageGroup plc - Board Changes PageGroup plc ("PageGroup") has been notified that Sylvia Metayer, Non-Executive Director of PageGroup plc, will be appointed as Chair of Clariane SE effective from the date of its next Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2025. Given her additional responsibilities at Clariane SE, Sylvia Metayer will stand down from her role as Non-Executive Director of PageGroup with effect from the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 3 June 2025.
