11 June 2025 PageGroup plc - Board Changes PageGroup plc, the specialist recruitment consultancy (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Harrison who will join the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2025. Paul will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Paul is currently Chief Financial Officer of AutoStore Holdings Ltd, a technology business listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Over the past 25 years, Paul has held several Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles in listed international technology and data driven companies. More recently, these included serving as Chief Operating Officer of Ascential plc and as Chief Financial Officer of Just Eat plc. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Darktrace plc from April 2021 to October 2024. There is no other information to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R in respect Paul Harrison.
