18 March 2025 PageGroup plc (the "Company") Notification of transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (" PDMR ") and a Person Closely Associated to a PDMR in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation. In March 2022, before becoming the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Nicholas Kirk received an award under the PageGroup plc Management Incentive Plan which, after an assessment of performance conditions, remained outstanding over 63,295 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (" Shares "). These Shares remained subject to employment-related forfeiture conditions until the award vested on 17 March 2025. The Shares have been held on behalf of Mr Kirk since the date of the award by Apex Group Fiduciary Services Limited, the trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. On 17 March 2025, Mr Kirk sold 29,749 Shares to cover the tax and national insurance liabilities arising on the vesting of his share award and then transferred 33,546 Shares to his spouse, Mrs Sarah Kirk, for nil cost.
