Pursuant to Regulations 29, 30, 33, 50 and 52 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors is to be held on Friday, 31st January 2025 at the corporate office of the Company to discuss the undermentioned business transactions:1. To approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results along with Cash Flow Statement and Limited Review Report for the quarter end on 31st December 2024 and 2. Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for the Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives/dependants from 1st January 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 as has already been intimated to the Stock Exchange.
