This is to inform you that Daulat Securities Limited have decided to close the Trading WIndow for all the DIrectors, Central Statutory Auditors, Designated Person and Insiders pursuant to the provisions of "Codes of Fair Disclosures and Conduct" read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from 1st January 2025 upto 48 hours post the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2024.The date of the Board Meeting on which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 are to be declared, once fixed, will be intimated to the exchange accordingly.
