COUNTYLINE ENTERS INTO AGREEMENT FOR MINING PROPERTY

County Line Energy Corp.(the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with 1st Light Resources in order to purchase100%  of the Dog Lake mining property from 1st Light Resources, located in Ontario, Canada.

The terms of purchasing 100% of the Dog Lake property include the issuance of 5,000,000 shares of the Company (CYLC) to 1st Light Resources. 2,000,000shares of the company (CYLC) are to be issued immediately. The balance of the shares owing to 1st Light Resources for the Dog Lake mining property acquisition will be evenly distributed every six months.

Due to the “high potential” and recent staking activity in the immediate area of the Dog Lake mining property, the Company is very excited to be proceeding with this timely acquisition.
