¶ 1 County Line Energy Corp. (County Line) has been an OTC reporting issuer under Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets (MI 51-105) since August 2, 2012.
¶ 2 County Line has failed to file any records it is required to file under the Act as a reporting issuer (the required records).
¶ 3 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all persons cease trading in County Line’s securities until:
