County Line Energy Corp. (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that we have engaged the services of Panpacific Business Limited (“PBL”), a corporate management firm to clients around the world. Their company web site is www.yespanpacific.com . This arrangement will allow the management of County Line Energy Corp. to focus on project acquisition and development while tapping into all of the services provided by PBL. Services provided include assisting with merger & acquisition, analysis and funding, international corporate finance, corporate filings, marketing and communications.  

Our immediate goal, with the assistance of PBL, is to improve our tier status and be evaluated as a company that makes current information publicly available on the Pink Sheets News Service pursuant to Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information. This will benefit current and future shareholders alike.
