Notification of changes in board composition

In compliance with the Rules of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for listed companies, we hereby notify NGX and the investing public of the recent change to the composition of the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Insurance Plc (the Company).

• Tenure Expiration: Ms. Elizabeth Amadiume's tenure expired in line with the nine

(9) years maximum tenure limit for Independent Non-Executive Directors per the provision of section 2.01 (viii) of the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM)Corporate Governance Guideline, 2021.

We confirm that aside from the above change, nothing else has changed in the Company's
