CORNERSTONE INSURANCE PLC - NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING AND CLOSED PERIOD
We hereby notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), our shareholders and the investing public, that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Insurance PLC ("the Company") will hold on Tuesday, 28th April 2026 at Cornerstone Complex, 21, Water Corporation Drive, Off Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos at 10:00 am to consider the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2025 (2025, AFS) and the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the First Quarter (Q1) Ended 31st March, 2026.
Accordingly, in line with the provisions of Rule 17.18(a): Closed Period, Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (Issuers' Rule) as amended, and which has been incorporated into Sections 5 and 6 of the Company's Securities Trading Policy, the Company commenced a Closed Period from Thursday, 1st January 2026.
During this Closed Period, all insiders shall not trade in the Company's securities until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2025 AFS and Q1 UFS, 2026 have been released to the public.
