Proposed Dividend

A Final Dividend of N0.28 kobo for every share of N0.50 kobo, subject to

appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 2nd day of July, 2026.

The Register of Shareholders will be closed from the Friday, 3rd July, 2026 to Monday, 6th July, 2026

Qualification Date

2nd day of July, 2026

Payment Date

On the 22nd day of July, 2026, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders

whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 2nd day of July, 2026 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated

the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
