This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17.06A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board of directors (the "Board") of Computime Group Limited (the "Company") announces that the Company has granted 4,150,000 share options ("Share Options") to Mr. Au Hing Lun, Dennis ("Mr. Au"), executive director and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company, under the share option scheme of the Company adopted on 14 September 2016, to subscribe for a total of 4,150,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.1 each of the Company, subject to Mr. Au's acceptance of the Share Options. Details of the Share Options are set out below:

Number of Share Options granted

: 4,150,000 (each Share Option shall entitle the holder thereof to subscribe for one share of the Company)

Exercise price of Share Options

: HK$1.65 per share

Closing market price of the Company's shares on the date of grant of Share Options

: HK$1.65 per share

Validity period of the Share Options

: The exercise period of the Share Options is as follows:

1. 1,245,000 Share Options shall be exercisable for a period of 9 years commencing on 22 August 2018;

2. 1,245,000 Share Options shall be exercisable for a period of 8 years commencing on 22 August 2019; and

3. 1,660,000 Share Options shall be exercisable for a period of 7 years commencing on 22 August 2020.

The Share Options granted to the above director has been approved by all the independent non-executive directors of the Company.
