(Stock Code: 320) CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARYThe board of directors (the "Board") of Computime Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Ms Soon Yuk Tai ("Ms Soon") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") with effect from 2 November 2017.
The Board further announces that Ms So Ka Man ("Ms So") has been appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 2 November 2017. Ms So is a Senior Manager of Corporate Services Division of Tricor Services Limited, which is a global professional services provider specializing in integrated business, corporate and investor services. She is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of both The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Ms So has extensive experience in a diversified range of corporate services and has been providing professional services to a number of companies listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
The Board would like to express its gratitude to Ms Soon for her contributions to the Company during her tenure of service and extend its warm welcome to Ms So on her new appointment.
