For immediate release 29 November 2024 Mpac Group plc ("Mpac" or the "Company") Completion of the Acquisition of CSi Palletising Mpac Group plc (AIM: MPAC), the AIM quoted global leader in high- speed packaging and automation solutions, is pleased to announce that the Acquisition of CSi Palletising has now completed. In connection with the Acquisition, 1,039,500 Consideration Shares have been issued to the Sellers, conditional upon such Consideration Shares being admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). An application has been made for the Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 2 December 2024. Total voting rights Following Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will consist of 30,073,273 Ordinary Shares, all with voting rights. The total number of current voting rights in the Company will therefore be 30,073,273. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company. Capitalised terms not defined in this announcement (this "Announcement") have the meanings given to them in the circular containing details of the Placing, the Retail Offer and the Acquisition of CSi Palletising which was published by Mpac on 2 October 2024.
