Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG (B3: CSMG3) ("COMPANY" or "COPASA MG") further to the Material Facts disclosed on November 14, 2024, November 5, 2025, December 17, 2025 and February 20, 2026, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the effective completion of a subsequent public offering of shares issued by COPASA MG, within the context of the Company's privatization process, pursuant to State Law No. 25,664/2025, involves, among other factors, the provision of clarifications requested by oversight bodies, the obtaining of the applicable approvals (including corporate and creditor approvals), macroeconomic and market conditions, the execution of definitive agreements, and compliance with the procedures set forth in the applicable regulations.
