Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG ("Company"), in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has decided to discontinue the disclosure of projections (guidance) related to the 2026-2030 Investment Program, as presented in item 3 of its Reference Form, due to the need to adapt and align its policy for the disclosure of projections with the procedures adopted by its external advisors in the context of the potential public offering for the secondary distribution of shares to be carried out by the State of Minas Gerais, within the scope of the Company's privatization process, as disclosed in the Material Fact released on December 17, 2025. As a result, the projections previously disclosed are no longer valid as of this date.
