Re: Disclosure under Regulation 5.6.6A of the PSX Regulations
This is with reference to the Order dated 18*h July 2023, bearing No. SD/I&1/257/391/2023/188, issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the "Order").
The Order has been challenged by the Company before the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi through Miscellaneous Appeal No. 112 of 2023, where the matter is presently sub judice.
The Hon'ble High Court of Sindh, Karachi, vide its Order dated 26th September 2023, granted a stay against the operation of the Order. The said Stay Order continues to remain in force.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
