Re: Annual Board Meeting and Closed Period
It is hereby informed that the annual meeting of the Board of Directors of Cnergyico Pk Limited will be held on Thursday, 24*h September 2026 at 2:00 pm (PST) at the corporate office of the Company to consider and approve, inter alia, the audited financial statements for the year ended 30** June 2026 and approve laying them before the shareholders at the annual general meeting.
The closed period shall commence from Thursday, 17th September 2026 and shall remain in force up to Thursday, 24*h September 2026; provided that if the financial results are not announced or made public by such date, the closed period shall continue until the announcement of the financial results through PSX. During this period, directors, the Chief Executive Officer, and other executives shall not, directly or indirectly, deal in any manner in the shares of the Company.
