(24 March 2026, Hong Kong) - China Oilfield Services Limited ("COSL" or the "Company") today released its audited financial report for the year ended 2025. In 2025, the Group generated revenue of RMB50.28 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.1%. Total profit reached RMB5.11 billion, up 9.6% year-on-year. Net profit amounted to RMB4.06 billion, a year-on-year increase of 19.4%, marking steady growth in business performance.
Regarding the drilling segment, the Company leveraged its high-quality supply capabilities to adapt precisely to market changes, continuously enhanced its deep-water and deep-layer operational capabilities, solidified its competitiveness in the global high-end market, and successfully expanded into overseas markets such as South America. The number of operating days for the Company's drilling rigs achieved double-digit year-on-year growth, driving the segment's revenue to a new high.
As for the technology segment, the Company led industrial innovation through technological advancement, focusing its efforts on driving breakthroughs in the independent research and development of key core equipment, as well as its industrialization. It established multiple relatively comprehensive energy service technology systems, with steady improvement in the coverage of mainstream technologies. As the integrated services of drilling, completion, workover, abandonment and comprehensive management advanced in tandem, the integrated operating model, which "brings together customer value, professional capabilities, and regional deployment through coordinated operations," became increasingly mature.
With respect to the marine support segment, the Company remained focused on building a vessel resource pool, accurately analyzing market demand and swiftly adjusting operational areas and tasks. It initially established a development pattern featuring a multi-point layout and regional linkage, while systematically expanding into emerging markets. These efforts have fostered a dual circulation model for its vessel resources both domestically and overseas, leading to an overall improvement in resource utilization and operational efficiency.
Concerning the geophysical acquisition and surveying segment, the Company proactively optimized its capacity layout, prioritized high-return businesses, and continued to improve its operational structure. At the same time, centered on the "Haijing" system and "Haimai" equipment, the Company has established a complete industrial chain covering the entire spectrum from R&D to manufacturing and application. The continuous optimization of its business structure and the mature application of proprietary technology and equipment have effectively enhanced the segment's risk resilience and profit stability.
