On December 2, China Oilfield Services Limited (the "Company") convened its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2025 in Yanjiao. Representatives of certain shareholders, directors, supervisors, and senior management of the Company attended the meeting, along with the witnessing lawyer. The meeting was presided over by Zhao Shunqiang, Chairman of COSL.
The EGM adopted a combination of in-person and online voting. The meeting passed a total of six resolutions, including matters pertaining to ongoing connected transactions, cancellation of the Supervisory Committee, and amendments to the Articles of Association.
Online voting concluded at 3:00 p.m. Upon tallying both in-person and online votes, all resolutions of the EGM were passed, marking the successful conclusion of the meeting.
The Company will continue to adhere to General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the reform and development of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises as guidance, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, continuously improve its corporate governance systems and capabilities, and consistently reward shareholders through high-quality development.
