Change of Board and Management
Calgary, Alberta CANADA, June 16, 2008 /FSC/ - Coral Sea Petroleums Ltd. (CPO - TSX Venture), (the "Corporation") announces changes in the members of the board and in the management of the Corporation, effective June 13, 2008. As a result of these changes, on this date Messrs. M. Fletcher, W. Slemko, T. Walton and T. Webb have resigned as directors and officers, and in their place Messrs. John Mackay, Harold Kunik and James Dahl have been appointed to the Board. Mr. W. Wynnychuk has resigned as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. John Mackay has been appointed as President and Mr. James Dahl as Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Hamdy Abdallah has Corporate Secretary.
