    Approval of the proposal from Unitex Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Unitex") regarding the preparation of credit application documents for a total amount of VND1,413,228,000,000 (in words.' One trillion four hundred thirteen billion two hundred twenty-eight million Vietnamese Dongs) at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) - Tan Binh Branch. Of which:
