At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 held on March 28, 2025, Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation planned to issue shares to pay the 2024 dividend at a rate of 45% based on the number of shares outstanding (hereinafter referred to as "outstanding shares ") at the time of dividend payment (fncludfng the number of shaFes expected to be pFivately placed, i.e., 13,500, 000 shares, under the private placement plan approved by the following Resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders ("GMS") and the Boarâ of Directors ("BOD").' GMES Resolution No. 03-2022/NQ-DHDCD7TK dated March 31, 2022; GMS Resolution No. 01-2023/NQ-DHDCD/TK dated March 30, 2023; GMS Resolution No. 01-20247NQ-DHDCD/TK dated March 28, 2024; BOD Resolution No. 17-20247NQHDQT dated August 12, 2024, and BOD Resolution No. 22-20247NQHDQT dated September 26, 2024). Accordingly, based on the expected 110,136,924 outstanding shares, the Company's BOD estimated the number ofshares to be issued for dividend payment at 49,561, 615 shares.

Theo dé, ngay 22/07/2025, HDQT Cong ty da thong qua két qua chao bân co phiéu riéng lé (chi tiét tgi Nghi quyét HDQT so 11-2025/NQHDQT ngây 227'07/2025 vâ Bâo cdo két quâ châo bân ct phiéu Fféng lé sâ 284-257CV-CTTK ngây 22/07/2025) va UBCKNN dñ co Cong vñn so 3932/UBCK-QLCB ngay 31/07/2025 ve viec nhan duqc Bao cao két qua chao ban co phiéu riéng lé ciia Cong ty.
However, pursuant to the results of the Company's private placement, as of July 22, 2025 (the final date for payment collectionfor the private placement), there were no investors subscribing to the offered shares. Therefore, the Company could not sell the entire number of shares expected to be privately plated (13,500, 000 shares). Accordingly, on July 22, 2025, the Company 's BOD approved the private placement result (as detailed in BOD Resolution No. 11-2025/NQHDQT dated July 22, 2025 and Report on Private Placement Result No. 284-25/CV-CTTK dated July 22, 2025), and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam issued Official Letter No. 3932/UBCK-OLCB dated July 31, 2025 acknowledging receipt o[ the Company's private placement result report.
