TORONTO, Jan. 30 /CNW/ - Mr. Geoff Davies, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Century II Holdings Inc., announced today that Ms. Sharon Healy,
Senior Vice-President, People, Planning & Process of the Corporation and its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Information Communication Services (ICS) Inc. ("ICS
Courier"), has tendered her resignation to be effective February 21, 2006.
Ms. Healy has accepted a senior position with an organization in an unrelated
industry.
Geoff Davies indicated that "Sharon, through her hard work and
professionalism, has made a very positive contribution to our organization
over the past seven years and in particular during the restructuring of the
ICS Courier operations over the past 2 years. We wish her the very best in her
new position."
Geoff Davies confirmed that the Company is taking appropriate steps to
ensure continuity and a smooth transition with respect to Ms. Healy's areas of
responsibility.
