Notice Concerning the Impact of the Earthquake Which Struck off the coast of
Iwate Prefecture
We would like to express our deepest condolences to all those affected by the earthquake which occurred in the Tohoku region with a Magnitude 5.6 and a maximum intensity of higher 5 during the midnight on March 18, 2022 and our wishes for the earliest possible recovery.
We would like to inform you of the confirmed status of the impact of the earthquake on Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund, Inc. ("CSIF")'s assets under management as at 9:00 am of March 22.
The Canadian Solar O&M Japan K.K. which is the O&M operator for the CSIF reported that CSIF's facilities suffered no material damages affecting its energy output from the earthquake as far as known as at 9:00 am of March 22.
We will continue to confirm the situation and will report again if any situation that should be notified becomes known.
