New CALIDA GROUP gains

further shape - pleasing development of CALIDA and AUBADE

Dear Shareholders,

The year to date has seen us systematically pursuing the strategic realignment adopted by the Group Board of Directors in 2023, with its focus on operational excellence and the streamlined, goal-oriented processes this entails. Optimisation of our Group structure and personnel is progressing as planned. The recent disposal of LAFUMA MOBILIER is consistent with our plan to focus the CALIDA GROUP on the core segments of underwear and lingerie. Our core brands CALIDA, AUBADE and COSABELLA are well positioned internationally and offer attractive potential for growth.

Optimisation of the CALIDA GROUP's organisational structure

The discontinuation of the ONMYSKIN online platform was completed in the first quarter, and further progress was made on integrating the former subsidiary Reich Online into the CALIDA organisation. This will further strengthen the Group's thriving e-commerce business.

In addition, personnel changes helped optimise the CALIDA GROUP's operational structure. With effect from 1 July 2024, Irem Aydin took over as the new General Manager for the CALIDA brand. Prior to this, she was Director Operations and a member of Executive Management of CALIDA AG. In her new role, Irem Aydin will be working to further grow the strong market position of the traditional brand. At COSABELLA meanwhile, Stéphanie Sauvage moved into the General Manager role for the brand, having previously been Head of Collection & R&D for AUBADE. Under her leadership, COSABELLA will unlock its current potential and develop into a profitable, attractive and competitive lingerie brand in the US market.

Focus on textile business

The sale of LAFUMA MOBILIER to Peugeot Frères Industrie as communicated on 12 July 2024 allows the CALIDA GROUP to focus on its core business of underwear and lingerie. Completion of the transaction is expected within the current quarter. In the first half of 2024, LAFUMA MOBILIER generated sales of EUR 30.8 million, a currency-adjusted decrease of 18.2%, year-on-year. Due to the forthcoming disposal of LAFUMA MOBILIER, the brand is classified as a discontinued operation in the half-year results for 2024.

Subdued consumer sentiment weighs on sales performance - CALIDA and AUBADE report very positive results

CALIDA GROUP operational business in H1 2024 was defined by extremely weak consumer demand. The above-average demand seen during the coronavirus pandemic and the market saturation following in its wake left manufacturers and retailers with large inventories that need to be reduced. This has led to significant downward pressure on prices in CALIDA GROUP markets, at the same time as production costs have been on the rise. In addition, inflation has eroded consumer purchasing power, sharply reducing in-store sales.

Both CALIDA and AUBADE performed very strongly in a challenging market environment. CALIDA's contribution to Group sales was CHF 69.9 million (-3.6%) and AUBADE's was EUR 33.6 million (-3.9%). In other words, these brands did very well compared to the same period a year earlier (H1 2023). We are confident that CALIDA will be able to maintain its strong market position in H2, this being the significantly stronger half for the brand. With the French market particularly hard hit by consumer reticence,

sales for AUBADE are expected to extend their slight underperformance year-on-year into H2.

Acquired in 2022, the US lingerie brand COSABEL- LA remains a challenging investment. COSABELLA underwent ongoing restructuring and strategic realignment in H1 2024. As anticipated, this led to a drop in sales to USD 10.3 million (-18.6%). Moreover, the realignment will continue to absorb financial and human resources. The transitional agreement with COSABELLA retailers expires in May 2025, three years after the acquisition. At that point, the rights to the brand for non-US markets transfer to the CALIDA GROUP, as does unfettered access to COSABELLA's product development and supply chain. From spring 2025, therefore, the Group can market COSABELLA worldwide outside the US.

CALIDA GROUP sales from continuing operations in H1 2024 were CHF 111.3 million, down 8.8% on H1 2023 when adjusted for currency effects (-5.1% excluding the discontinued onmyskin.com shop). Reflecting market and business performance, currency-adjusted operating profit from continuing CALIDA GROUP operations was CHF 0.5 million in H1 2024 (H1 2023: CHF 2.3 million). The EBIT margin was 0.5% (H1 2023: 1.9%) due to the impact of higher sourcing costs on margins. Adjusted for currency effects, continued operations generated a net loss of CHF 0.5 million in H1 2024 (H1 2023: net income of CHF 1.2 million).

The operating result contrasts with the targeted positive performance of working capital and free cash flow. The CALIDA GROUP successfully reduced pandemic-related excess product inventory, achieving a significantly lower working capital position, year-on-year. As a result, free cash flow

improved to CHF 10.3 million (H1 2023: CHF -19.0 million). Net liquidity improved by CHF 13.9 million, year-on-year, despite an operational break-even and excluding the sale of LAFUMA MOBILIER.

Continued focus on operational excellence Despite an ongoing weak market environment expected for H2, we anticipate a solid full-yearGroup operating result that exceeds the figure for 2023. The positive influence of the strategic course on the organic development of our core brands CALIDA and AUBADE as well as the expansion of COSABELLA and the US market will gradually take full effect.

We will continue pursuing operational excellence in H2 2024 and muster all the rigour and discipline this requires. The CALIDA GROUP has strong brands with attractive products and strong market positioning in the underwear and lingerie segments.

We intend to use this powerful selling proposition to the benefit of our customers, shareholders and employees. We would like to thank our employees for their unwavering commitment and loyalty.

To our valued shareholders, we thank you for the confidence you have placed in us.

Despite a challenging economic environment, CALIDA again strengthened its position in the national and international lingerie market in the first half of 2024 with outstanding seasonal highlights and stayed on its growth path in keeping with the brand strategy.

Buoyed by above-averagee-commerce performance and investments in the successful own-store network, the first half-year saw strong growth in the direct-to-consumer business. There was also successful internationalisation with the expansion of space management areas in France. The market situation in regular wholesale business was somewhat harder due to ongoing high stock levels and insolvencies.

There was another customer survey in the spring related to last year's market segmentation, which has enabled a more targeted approach to customer needs resulting in a consistent improvement in the service and brand experience. The well-being, satisfaction and development of all staff are also a key success factor. In addition to a new employee survey on the current level of morale, leadership training is also being enhanced again in 2024.

CALIDA presented an AI-generated campaign for the first time in May as part of a creative trial balloon, thus consolidating the ongoing digitalisation process. In addition, a lean and modern point-of-sale solution was launched in some CALIDA stores for the first time to position the company for the future and prepare for pending market requirements.

The new "Yellow Green Day" dedicated to CALIDA's sustainability agenda promotes in-house cooperation and training with regard to climate change and sustainable behaviour - another component in the consistent pursuit of a sustainable product portfolio and sustainable production process optimised on an ongoing basis.

In the first half of 2024, the unstable environment continued to dominate business. In this context, the wholesale channel suffered particularly from destocking and low traffic. Nevertheless, AUBADE continued its international expansion - one of the key pillars in the brand strategy with the opening of new multi-brand points of sale, especially in key countries such as the United States and Germany. In the latter, the brand was honoured by Intima with the "Best Brand" award in the Luxury category for the third consecutive year. AUBADE also invested in new corners at El Corte Inglés in Spain and carried out refits at Inno in Belgium. Despite the challenging environment, the e-commerce channel continued to perform very well during the period under review, with double-digit growth confirming the strategy of leveraging on digitalization and internationalization.

In terms of products, AUBADE launched an athleisure collection in collaboration with the Luz brand in spring/summer 2024. This line made with recycled materials, combines comfort and technicality with modernity and seduction. The brand successfully expanded its line of ready-to-wear bodysuits. Moreover, AUBADE strengthened its basics with a new lace line certified "Global Recycled Standard (GRS)" with the goal of certifying 50% of its lines by 2026.

In addition, AUBADE worked to strengthen its presence on social networks. The brand invested in a highly successful 360° marketing campaign on Valentine's Day, with influencers, podiums in department stores, and in-store windows, enabling it to increase its desirability, improve brand awareness, recruit, rejuvenate its consumer base and strengthen its commitment to consumers.

Half-year report 2024 Our Brands

Two years after the acquisition of COSABELLA, the brand is entering a new phase of transition.

2024 will be a complex year from an economic perspective, with wholesale markets suffering, particularly in the USA, and a slowdown in e-commerce in the first half of the year. A slight rebound at the start of the second half means COSABELLA can look forward to the end of the year with greater serenity, particularly in D2C, which continues to gain market share, accounting for 75% of net sales in the USA.

Numerous projects are currently underway in all areas to support the brand's development and growth, both on domestic and international markets.

With the help of a new dedicated in-house team and the expertise of CALIDA's supply chain, seasonal collections and basics alike have been recalibrated and reworked, with a particular focus on product fit, enhanced quality and European materials reflecting the brand's know-how.

Following a complete overhaul of the brand platform, COSABELLA is embarking on a "brand therapy" programme to rework all content in line with brand values and the new product direction: Italian heritage, Effortless Beauty, Vibrancy.

Supported by motivated employees who are experts in their fields, the brand is focusing on both short- and long-term growth factors, and the coming year will open a new chapter in COSABELLA's history by highlighting its creativity, identity, and expertise.

In 2024, LAFUMA MOBILIER celebrates its 70th birthday, proof of the brand's long-term development and its ability to live up to intergenerational consumer needs with essential products that last. It is also a reward for the long-term vision and beliefs of the brand, which began at the Anneyron factory in 1945, and still produces in France with purchases of 60% made in the area. The launch of the limited edition RETRO collection highlighted the first half-year, receiving positive feedback from consumers, distributors, and journalists.

During this first half-year and despite a positive start, the outdoor furniture market suffered from excep tionally rainy weather in key European countries including France, and poor consumer sentiment due to inflation and geopolitical events. Yet, LAFUMA MOBILIER recorded growth in the DACH region, which shows the brand's potential with USPs based on comfort, quality and sustainability. The brand opened a new marketplace with Decathlon, and the go-live of the Swiss webshop is planned for July 2024, confirming the strategy to leverage digitali zation and internationalization.

LAFUMA MOBILIER was awarded the title of "Best reclining chair" by the Daily Telegraph and "Top Marke Garten" by Bild magazine for the fourth year in a row, with a number one position in "Liegestühle und Sonnenliegen" (deck chairs and sunbeds). LAFUMA MOBILIER also placed third at the 2024 "Jardineries Magazine" contest for French outdoor furniture distribution, with top position on the innovation criterion.

LAFUMA MOBILIER also confirmed its ESG invol- vement, taking part in the "Convention des Entre prises pour le Climat" (business climate convention) in the Lyon area and strengthening sustainability and climate change actions within its business model.
