First EuroBridge Market Bond Issue to Trade in Bulgaria and Frankfurt

· Issued by Bulgarian Stock Exchange-sofia
The first bond issue on the EuroBridge Market began trading simultaneously on the Frankfurt and Bulgarian stock exchanges today. The €200 million bond issue of Starcom Holding, the majority shareholder of Eurohold, has been admitted to trading on the General Standard segment.

The issue comprises 20,000 bonds, each with a nominal value of €10,000, and has a seven-year maturity, running until April 8, 2033. The proceeds from the issue are intended for investments in debt and equity financial instruments, the acquisition of companies, and supporting the development and optimisation of companies within the group. The EuroBridge listing is aimed at providing access to a broader pool of potential investors and contributing to the establishment of a market value for the securities.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Manyu Moravenov, Executive Director of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, said:
"With this launch, we are marking a new stage in the development of Bulgaria's bond market. The listing of a large issue such as that of Starcom Holding demonstrates that the Bulgarian capital market can serve as a platform for large-scale financing and provide companies with access to a broader pool of international investors."

Galya Georgieva, Investor Relations Director at Starcom Holding, said:
"For Starcom Holding, this is an important step - we are the first Bulgarian company to have a dual listing of a bond issue. We believe this model will set an example for other Bulgarian companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by international capital markets."

Milen Hristov, Executive Director of Starcom Holding, stated:
"The companies in our portfolio enjoy a sufficiently high level of trust among investors in Europe and globally. In this context, the listing of the bonds of the parent company, Starcom, on EuroBridge is a very logical step that will support liquidity and trading in the securities."

Two other equity issues are currently traded on the EuroBridge Market - those of Shelly and Sirma Group. Bulgarian Stock Exchange data show that over a two-year period, Shelly's combined turnover on the Bulgarian and German markets increased almost threefold, from €47.47 million in the year before the launch of EuroBridge to €138.02 million in its second year - an increase of 190.7%.

Sirma Group, which was listed on EuroBridge in February 2026, is already reporting its first positive results from its presence on the German capital market. In just the first five months, combined turnover reached nearly €2 million, with the German market gradually developing its own investor activity.
