6% growth in SOFIX since the beginning of the year

At the end of April 2026, the blue-chip index SOFIX reached 1,227.01 points, recording an increase of 6.1% over the first four months of the year. The turnover of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) for the period from January 2026 to April 2026 amounted to EUR 239 million, marking an almost twofold year-on-year increase (up 98%), while the number of transactions rose by 69%.
