NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DELAY THE FILING OF THE 3RD QUARTER 2025 UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTSAs previously announced, the meeting of the Board of Directors of BUA Foods Plc (the Company) scheduled for Thursday 30th October 2025 to consider the 3rd Quarter 2025 Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th September, 2025 (2025 Q3 UFS) would still hold on the said date.
The Company however wishes to notify the investing public that due to certain changes that require migration in the Company's data set up, the 2025 Q3 UFS may not be filed on the 30th of October 2025. The 2025 Q3 UFS would be filed by the Company on or before the 14th of November 2025.
The closed period in respect of the 2025 Q3 UFS which commenced on 1st of October, 2025 will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the 2025 Q3 UFS to the investing public.
