Corporate Actions Announcement Update
BUA FOODS PLC wishes to inform its shareholders and the investing public of the change in the proposed dividend payment date from 25th September 2025 to 11th September 2025. All other details remain the same as earlier announced in our notification of 29th March 2025.

Proposed Dividend | A Final Dividend of ₦13.00 per ordinary share of 50 Kobo each, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 21st August 2025. |
Proposed Bonus | NIL |
Closure of Register | The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 22nd August 2025 to 29th August 2025 |
Qualification Date | 21st August 2025 |
Payment Date | On 11th September 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 21st August 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. |
E-Dividend Registration | Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend Mandate registration are advised to fill the Registrar's E-Dividend Mandate form via https://africaprudential.com/claim-your-dividend-here, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: https://www.africaprudential.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks |
Unclaimed Dividend Warrants and Share Certificates | Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar |
Date of Annual General Meeting | The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 11th September 2025 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja. |
