Bantek and EFMARK Premium Armored Merger - $1,000,000 order from BSM

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Feb. 14 /CNW/ - BSM Technologies Inc, (GPS: TSX-V)
(http://www.bsmtechnologies.com) a leading provider of high security vehicle
tracking and surveillance solutions today announced a $1,000,000 order in
connection to a recently announced merger between Bantek West, Inc. and
EFMARK Premium Armored, two pioneers in servicing automated teller machines
(ATMs). This is first of several expected re-orders for additional systems for
the now combined fleet of 500 armored trucks and vans with BSM's "SentinelAV"
monitoring and security solution. In 2005, Bantek ordered 212 units of
"SentinelAV" to monitor and secure critical components of the Bantek fleet.
This order for an additional 200 units virtually doubles the armored fleet
under the protection of BSM Technologies.
Together, the two companies will offer a wide range of services for every
aspect of an ATM owner's ATM program, including ATM hardware sales,
maintenance, cleaning, armored services, cash management and more. The merger
creates a national footprint of 75 armored branches located in 43 states,
capable of servicing the entire Continental U.S. The new company will combine
to serve:

- 65,000+ ATMs
- 2000+ ATM customers
- 50+ metropolitan areas across 43 states
- 500+ armored vehicles

SECOND $1,000,000 ORDER FROM BANTEK - OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ADDITIONAL
3 YEARS

This re-order now represents over $2,000,000 in orders received from
Bantek over the last 12 months. The complete contract consists of a hardware
component and monitoring services for an initial three-year period, as well as
an ongoing service agreement. At the conclusion of the three-year period, BSM
expects Bantek to exercise its option to renew the monitoring and service
agreements for additional three-year periods on an ongoing basis.

SUCCESSFUL COLLABORATION NOW AVAILABLE TO ENTIRE ARMORED CAR INDUSTRY

In 2005, BSM and Bantek collaborated on the project to develop a custom
solution to meet the stringent requirements of the armored car industry. As a
result of success in 2005, the resulting system is being made available to
other companies in the armored car industry.
Bantek Project Manager, Howard Mackey, stated, "I had seen my share of
solutions that failed to meet up to our strict requirements and was admittedly
sceptical about the BSM solution in 2005. However, I am pleased to say
"SentinelAV" far surpassed my expectations and have made me a very happy
believer in what are the best solutions in this space, bar none."
Michael DeVille - Senior Vice President & Chief Security Officer of
Bantek, stated, "In this industry we can't afford to take chances. We had to
have a product that was essentially "Fool Proof" BSM delivered that product.
We also realized the potential nightmare with trying to monitor, track,
communicate and manage a large fleet of vehicles located throughout the
nation. BSM worked tirelessly with us and through their expertise and
technology, designed the system in a manner that requires minimal resources
and time to manage. Thinking back, one of our biggest concerns when taking on
this project was finding a company out there that could meet our high
standards and one that would be there to support the product after the sell.
We took our time and did our homework. Again, BSM came out on top. BSM has not
only met our stringent requirements, but has gone above and beyond in
supporting the product since day one. There are literally hundreds if not
thousands of companies out there selling GPS tracking and security systems.
There is only one choice for Bantek and that is BSM."
Commenting on the re-order, Michael Bookbinder, Vice-President of Sales
and Marketing at BSM stated, "From a sales and marketing point of view, there
is no greater validation than a re-order of this magnitude from a market
leading customer. We were asked to deliver a tracking and security system that
allowed Bantek to continuously monitor the location and security status of
every vehicle in their fleet and this order serves as proof positive that we
accomplished that task better than any other company in this space. Our
solution is incomparable in ensuring the security of customer assets being
delivered and the safety of the drivers delivering them - and this order
proves that fact."
Nick Cirella, President and CEO of BSM stated, "Shareholders of BSM have
every reason to be proud today. Our original order from Bantek was a
significant point in the growth of BSM Technologies but today serves as a
watershed in the history of our company. Our leadership position amongst
North American law enforcement has now translated into great success within
the armored car industry, providing BSM with even greater credibility in every
industry that we now target. I look forward to delivering more great news to
our shareholders in 2006."
