25 June 2026 Nanoco Group PLC ("Nanoco" or the "Company") Board update The Board of Nanoco has implemented a number of changes to enhance its governance while continuing to be structured as a lean Board in order to minimise the Group's plc cost base. Having become Executive Chairman earlier this year, Dr Jalal Balgheri has returned to the role of Non-Executive Chairman.
