26 June 2026 Nanoco Group PLC ("Nanoco" or the "Company") Commencement of Shareholder Consultation On 19 June, the Board of Nanoco announced that the General Meeting to approve the Company's delisting had been adjourned, and committed to engage in further dialogue with shareholders.
