Board Change
CLS announces that Lennart Sten, Chair and Director of CLS, has informed the Board of his decision to step down with effect from 31 October 2026.
Lennart has served on the CLS Board for 12 years, including seven years as Chair. He had previously been expected to step down at the conclusion of the 2027 AGM, but has decided to do so earlier in light of the additional time commitments associated with his appointment as Chair of Sveafastigheter AB and PPI Public Property Invest AB (listed on Nasdaq Stockholm) following its proposed merger with Klarabo AB. The merger is expected to complete by the end of September 2026. The Company's process to appoint a successor is well advanced, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Should a successor not be appointed by 31 October 2026, Anna Seeley, currently Vice Chair of CLS, will become Interim Chair and will lead the Board until the process to appoint a permanent Chair has concluded.
The Board would like to thank Lennart for his significant contribution to the Company throughout his tenure.
Mr Johannes Conradi, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will become a member of the Nomination Committee, with effect from 1 November 2026.
This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6R and UKLR 6.4.9(2)R.
Lennart Sten, Chairman of CLS, commented:
"After 12 years as a director of the Company, seven of which as Chairman, I believe it is now the right time to stand down from the Board given my other commitments.
