I'm Fredrik Wittland, Chief Executive. And next to me here is Andrew Kirkman, our CFO. Today, we will present you with an overview of the business, including our performance in 2023 that we published about a month ago and our priorities and on the portfolio. But let me start with a brief overview of the company and a bit about the history. So CLS HOLDINGS, we are a property investment company, which has been listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1994. So later on this year, we are celebrating our thirtieth anniversary. We are a commercial landlord, and we specialize in owning and managing office buildings with a range of lease length. And the aim is to achieve a stable cash flow over time. We operate in London and the Southeast Of The UK and in the largest cities in Germany and France. We are a long term investor and we consistently invest in the portfolio to ensure that we have modern properties that meet what the customers are looking for.
