AXA MANSARD ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO THE BOARD
This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that Mrs Rashidat Adebisi, the Executive Director (Technical & Client Services) on the Board of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. (the Company) has resigned from the Board with effect from 31stDecember 2025.
Mrs. Rashidat Adebisi obtained regulatory approval to join our Board on 24thFebruary 2020 as the Executive Director. She served as a member of the Board Risk Management & Technical Committee and Board Investment & Finance Committee.
The Board and Management of the Company commend Mrs. Rashidat Adebisi for her positive contribution and service to the growth of the Company during his tenure on the Board.
