Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) for Issuers, AXA Mansard Insurance Plc (the Company) hereby informs NGX, esteemed shareholders and stakeholders of the scheduled commencement of the closed period for trading in the Company's shares from January 1, 2026 in compliance with NGX's amended closed period rule, until 24 hours after the Quarter 4 Unaudited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025 and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, are released on the floor of NGX.
Consequently, all Directors, Employees and Insiders are prohibited from dealing in AXA Mansard Insurance Plc's securities during the "the Closed period".
