In reference with section 96 of the Securities Act and as per dause S.6.1(a) of the PSX Regulations, the Company's management, as per the Sukuk's Agreements Sukuk bondholders, has opted for the redemption of the Privately Placed Islamic Sukuk amounting to PKR 750 million. The final payment
includes both the principal amount and the profit for the fund utilization period.
Further for the final payment of Privately P1aced Sukuk Certificates of PKR 750 billion, the management dedared the Closed Period from 3une 03, 2025 to June 12, 2025 (maturity date) both day inclusive.
Kindly disseminate this information to all TRE Certificate holders of the Exchange.
