Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the informatlon pertaining to the Redemption of Sukuk on April 07, 2025, the Issuance of the 2nd Sukuk on April 08, 2025, and withdrawal its earlier notice dated April 07, 2025 dated April 14, 2025 were disclosed strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). Prior to the sald disclosures, the dec!sIons were confined strictly to the Company's management, and no Information was accessible to the general public.
