The Matter of Disclosure of Platerial Information -Licensing of Trademark "PREMA"
In reference with section 96 of the Securltles Act and as per clause S.6.1(a) of the PSI Regulations, we hereby inform you that At-Tahur Limited has entered into a Trademark Ucenslng Arrangement with I•t/s Nlnha Edible Oils & Ghee hills (Private) Limited.
Under this arrangement, At-Tahur Limited has granted a license to N/s filinha Edible 011s & Ghee f•tiIIs (Private) Limited for the use of its registered trademark "PREMA" (PSX Symbol: PRENA), thereby permittlng them to man racture, market, distribute, and sell edible oils and ghee products under the brand name PREMA.
This arrangement has been made in accordance with applicable laws and is expected to contribute positively to the brand visibility and commercial expansion of At-Tahur Limited.
This information is being disseminated to the Exchange for circulation among the TRE Certificate Holders and the public through PUCARS.
