('Supervisory Board') From The Works Council of ASR Nederland N.V. ('Works Council') Date 23 January 2026 Introduction The Works Council has been asked to provide its position regarding the intention of the Supervisory Board to submit the reappointment of Sonja Barendregt as member of the Supervisory Board to the General Meeting of Shareholders. The nomination for the reappointment of Sonja Barendregt as member of the Supervisory Board will be for a period of two years, in accordance with the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. Position of the Works Council The Works Council is convinced that the extensive knowledge of Sonja Barendregt, including in the areas of the partial internal model, compliance, audit, risk and finance, is of great value to a.s.r. In addition, the Works Council appreciates her contribution to and perspective on a.s.r.'s diversity policy.
