Utrecht, 25 March 2026, 10:00 CET Proposed appointment of Marco Keim as member of the Supervisory Board of ASR Nederland N.V. Marco Keim will be nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board (RvC) of ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.). He will succeed Lard Friese as a non-independent member of the Supervisory Board, who was appointed in 2023 as a result of the transaction with Aegon Nederland. DNB has granted approval for the appointment. Marco Keim (1962) is CEO Aegon International and a member of the Executive Committee of Aegon Ltd. From 2017 to 2020, he served as CEO of Aegon Continental Europe. Prior to that, he was CEO of Aegon Nederland, where he started in 2008, and CEO of Zwitserleven from 2002 to 2008, having held the role of Director Sales and Marketing from 1999 onwards. His career began as a (registered) accountant at Coopers & Lybrand Van Dien Accountants, followed by management positions at Fokker Aircraft and NS Reizigers (part of NS Group). Between 2014 and 2020, Marco Keim also served as member of the Supervisory Board of Eneco Holding N.V. Marco Keim is nominated for a term until 4 July 2028, in accordance with the agreements set out in the Relationship Agreement . Lard Friese will step down as a non-independent member of the Supervisory Board of a.s.r. once Marco Keim has been appointed by a.s.r.'s General Meeting of Shareholders on 20 May 2026.
