  2. Reason for the Revision

Net sales are expected to exceed the initial forecast of 4,300 million yen, thanks to the generally steady performance of domestic operations and the favorable progress of construction projects at our overseas subsidiary, EVERGREEN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. Operating profit is expected to exceed the initial forecast by 520 million yen thanks to increased net sales and an improved gross profit margin. Ordinary profit and profit attributable to owners of parent are projected to exceed the initial forecast by 550 million yen and 230 million yen, respectively.
