In the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, ASANUMA CORPORATION resolved to make changes among Audit & Supervisory Board Members and Executive Officers as follows.

Furthermore, appointments of Audit & Supervisory Board Members are scheduled to be formally decided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held in late June this year.
