today announced that its common shares will begin trading on the Toronto Stock
Exchange ("TSX") at the market open on Monday, July 24, 2006, under the symbol
"ARI". In conjunction with its move to the TSX, ARIUS' common shares will be
de-listed from and cease trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on market close
on July 21, 2006.
