NEWS RELEASE Aozora Announces Executive and Employee Matching Gift ProgramTOKYO January 30, 2026 - Aozora Bank, Ltd. (President and CEO: Hideto Oomi; Head Office: Tokyo) ('Aozora' or 'the Bank') today announced that it has made contributions through its matching gift
program, where the Bank asks its Group executives and employees for voluntary donations and provides matching gifts based on the number of donations made.
The Aozora Group has identified "environmental preservation," "support for the next generation who will be responsible for the future," "support for regions and communities" and "support for disaster recovery" as its main areas of focus for social contribution activities, from the perspectives of both themes of
particularly high urgency in addressing social issues and themes of high interest to officers and employees.
Aozora's Matching Gift Program was launched in FY2022, and the number of officers and employees participating in the program has been increasing each year. In FY2025, which marks the fourth
anniversary of this program, Sustainability Supporters* recommended donation recipients and voted for the finalists as was done last year. This program also enables Aozora to perform social contribution
activities in cooperation with its officers and employees by providing matching gifts as a way to respect their spirit of charity. We selected the following 10 organizations as donation recipients and made donations totaling 19.7 million yen.
The Aozora Group will continue to actively contribute to the sustainable development of society through its business operations and social contribution activities.
