The Board of Directors in its meeting held on Friday, 19th December, 2025 appointed M/s. Dharti Patel & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a period of five financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30; M/s. PSG & Associates as Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26 and M/s. J. M. Patel & Bros. as Tax Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. The Annexures of the same has been attached herewith.
