This is to inform the stakeholders that the Resolution Plan submitted by Shri Jatinbhai Ramanbhai Patel, the Successful Resolution Applicant (SRA) for Dharti Proteins Limited (the ''Corporate Debtor'') has been approved by the NCLT on November 18, 2025 (''NCLT Approval Order'') and a copy of the said order has been uploaded on the website of the NCLT on November 18, 2025. A copy of NCLT Approval Order is attached herewith as Annexure-A.
