Alpharetta, GA – As of July 28th the shareholders of the Company have acted and by majority consent have replaced Sole Board Member Randy Nichols with a three person board consisting of John Higginbotham, Loretta Higgins, CPA and Carlos Ryerson, ESQ. Furthermore, Mr. Higginbotham has replaced Mr. Ryan as CEO and Loretta Higgins has been appointed CFO.
The Company will continue seniors' advocacy in the nation and will be an emerging conservative voice on the national issues that impact seniors.
